Hanoi’s Best Libraries: Literary and Educational Tours

Hanoi is a famous destination with historical and cultural values preserved for many generations. One thing that makes Hanoi a place that you should visit once is the huge treasure of knowledge stored in libraries. You will be immersed in the pages of the book, which will help you discover many new things and expand your horizons.

What are the interesting things about libraries in Hanoi?

The distinctive architectural design

Numerous libraries in Hanoi, including the National Library of Vietnam, Hanoi Library, Temple of Literature, and others, have typical architectural elements. Every library has its own unique features that encourage reading and let you fully immerse yourself in the wealth of information that each book has to offer.

A vast library of books

Many readers’ requirements for learning, research, and amusement are met by the vast treasure trove of books found in Hanoi’s libraries, which span a wide range of subjects and include works in the social sciences, natural sciences, foreign languages, children’s literature, etc.

Quiet and comfortable reading area

As soon as you go into the Hanoi libraries, you’ll notice that it has a calm atmosphere that’s ideal for working, studying, and reading. This will make it easier for you to focus, effectively absorb information, and generate fresh, creative ideas.

A lot of learning and sharing opportunities

Events like book exhibitions, exchange sessions, etc., are frequently held by libraries. You may have the chance to mingle and meet people at these events to discover more excellent books, discover new things, and build deeper connections with individuals who share your enthusiasm for reading.

Use contemporary technologies

Nowadays, free wifi and computer systems are common in libraries, enabling quick access to the internet. Libraries have also constructed electronic databases with user-friendly interfaces that make it easier and faster for you to locate the information and documents you need.

  • Get details on policies of libraries, services, rules for book borrowing, and opening and closing hours. Keep in mind that you can read and check out books from the libraries by bringing identification with you.
  • The libraries are quiet places to read and study, so please keep order. To minimize noise and its impact on others around you, you should turn off any audio devices and talk quietly.
  • Please use the trash cans located throughout the library, practice good hygiene when visiting, and clean up your reading space before you leave. Furthermore, please refrain from bringing in a lot of odorous food and do not smoke in all of the libraries at all.
