Lim Mong village is located in Cao Pha commune, Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province, at an altitude of about 1,200 meters above sea level. How to get to Lim Mong village
To get to Lim Mong village, you will have to go through Tu Le commune and go all the way to the dangerous Khau Pha pass. At the foot of Khau Pha pass, you have to pass through the village of the Thai ethnic group located near Nam Co stream, Lim Mong village is located at the other end of the stream. Go through the pristine red dirt road, then walk up a gentle slope for about 4 km to the village.
The most difficult journey you have to overcome is the Khau Pha pass. This pass is about 30 km long, has an altitude of about 1200m above sea level and has many winding sections. This is also known as the “Four great passes" in Vietnam. Therefore, you should fully equip and check the vehicle before leaving to ensure safety.
