Lo Mo Cave is a large cave in the Hoang Tri Commune, Ba Be District, Bac Kan Province, and regard as Son Doong Cave in the north of Vietnam. The cave newly has discovered and belongs to one part of Ba Be National Park limestone karsts complex. The cave is with 3-5 km in length and rises to a height of 40 meters. The watercourse comes from two different sources which meet at a junction. One stream is about 1.5 km and the other 2-4 km. Coming to visit the cave, you will admire the unique formations from rocks, stalagmites, and stalactites those create the big columns and various shades and the colorfulness inside the cave. When travelers on the expedition of Lo Mo Cave, you can see a lot of bats, insects, fauna, and flora inside the cave.
