  • Afternoon we will visit Hoi An, it is a picturesque riverside town in Quang Nam. Known as Faifo to early western traders, Hoi An was one of Southeast Asia’s major international ports during the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. Now, this beautifully preserved historic city is best seen on foot.
  • We visit Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda: The first bridge on this site was constructed in 1593 by the Japanese community of Hoi An to link the town with the Chinese quarters across the stream. The bridge was provided with a roof so it could be used as a shelter from rain and sun.
  • Then, we head to Phuc Kien Assembly Hall is a Chinese pagoda built around 1690 and then restored and enlarged in 1900. It is typical of the Chinese clans that were established in the Hoi An area. The temple is dedicated to Thien Hau Thanh Mau (Goddess of the Sea and Protector of Sailors and Fishermen).
  • Bring home your own version of the colorful handcrafted lanterns that decorate the streets of Hoi An at night. Along with letting you craft one of these vibrant traditional items, this workshop shares the background and significance of the designs that bring color to the city.

  • Tra Que village will welcome you with friendly smiles and special drink; “E” water or local tea. You will dress in farming clothes, take a short walk around to visit the garden where local farmers work, use the traditional methods without having electrical machines support.
  • You are trying to work as farmers, take experience in making the land, fertilizing, watering and planting the vegetables.
  • Return the house to relax by soaking your feet in Vietnamese herbs. Refresh ourselves after a hard time in the garden of Vietnamese.
  • Take part in cooking class with family, then have lunch with local foods cooked by yourself with the family.
  • After lunch, ride a bike to back Hoi An town. You will pass through roads with green bamboo hedges, vegetable gardens, large rice fields for more discover the hidden charms of the countryside in Hoi An about 4 km.
  • Have dinner in Hoi An city

Day 04

Hoi An - My Son - Cua Dai Beach (B.L)

  • After breakfast, departure Hoi An city to My Son (60km away)
  • Visiting My Son Holy land – the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism, although as at Angkor Wat the tower structures are dedicated to the former divine Cham monarchs themselves. The complex is comprised of seventy towers and temples. My Son is now one of four World Heritage-listed sites in Vietnam.
  • Return to Hoi An
  • Free at leisure in Cua Dai sandy beach ( 4km away from Hoi An city, recommend rent a bicycle to go the beach)
  • Overnight in Hoi An
