7:00 AM: Bright and early, our trip takes off with a journey out of Hanoi (or your desired locations). As we leave the city life and its hustle and bustle, we’re surrounded by the beauty of rolling hills and hillsides of Thanh Hoa. Prepare yourself for an ever-present panorama of emerald-green hills, rural villages, and rolling paddies of rice. The drive lasts for 4 hours, and with every curve and turn in the highway, it seems a glimpse of the haven that’s in store for us.
11:00 AM: As soon as you arrive at Casa Resort, you will immediately appreciate the tranquility and quiet of this site. 7:00 AM: After a sound sleep, we begin the morning with a tasty breakfast and a quick rundown of today’s adventure. Today, we head off to Hang Doi Kho Muong (Bat Cave), a site full of intrigue and wonder. There’s a guided hiking or motorbike tour to this incredible cave, in whose hidden passages we’ll explore. Next, comes Thac Muon Waterfall, where you can swim in its refreshing waters, or simply enjoy the beauty and power surrounding you. Hiking takes about 2-3 hours, but I assure you, each minute will be worth it!
12:30 PM: Lunch will have us returning to the resort for a relaxed meal. Fresh, locally prepared foods will refresh you for an activity-filled morning.
2:00 PM: The afternoon is for getting a glimpse of Thai life at its best. We’ll head out to nearby Thai villages, and in them, you’ll encounter friendly villagers, learn about life in Thailand, and even have a go at traditional Thai crafts such as weaving and cooking. Villagers are warm and welcoming, and you’ll enjoy listening to them and participating in their rich heritage.
5:00 PM: To wrap up your day, I will drive with you back to Casa Resort, and then free time will follow, with you relaxing in anticipation of our evening cooking lesson. There, under the guidance of Casa Resort’s experienced chefs, you will learn to prepare traditional foods including sticky rice and pork grills. Together, afterward, we will sit down and enjoy a satisfying meal consisting of foods prepared during your lesson.

7:30 AM: Today, we have a scenic journey to Hang Ca Than (Fish Cave), one of the mystical places in the region. There lives a strange fish in this magical cave, a local curiosity. We will learn about the fascinating stories surrounding this site, and even try your hand at fishing, if desired.
10:00 AM: After our find, we’ll embark on a guided bicycle tour of Pu Luong’s remote valleys. It’s a memorable experience, biking down unpaved mountain tracks and dropping in on local villages. As we cycle, you’ll get an up-close view of country life, and we’ll share with you stories about the area’s history and tradition. With its serenity and stunning vista, the valleys will take your breath away.
1:00 PM: Returning to your resort for lunch, with a chance to go over your experiences for the day and relax
