Early start! We will pick you up at your preferred departure point in bustling Ho Chi Minh City at 05:30. 07:30 – 08:00: Breakfast in Tien Giang
At 07:30 arrive in Tien Giang, we will give you a taste of local food for the first time. Stop at an enchanting restaurant by the river and get a traditional Vietnamese breakfast. Then taste the famous My Tho style noodle soup Huamarin Tho, a very delicious combination of rice noodles, tender meat, and savory broth topped with fresh herbs. 09:00 – 11:00: Explore Cai Be Floating Market
Around 09:00, our tour will go to the core point: Cai Be Floating Market. Take the motorized boat rate to cruise along the Mekong River, watching an old, vital, colored market in action. Our guide will explain all of the interesting stories and meanings of this symbolic marketplace to you. Locals have been trading fresh produce, fruits, and handicrafts in this very marketplace for generations. 11:00 – 12:30: Traditional Rowing Boat Ride and Fruit Tasting

12:30 – 14:00: Lunch and Traditional Music Performance
At 12:30, we return to Cai Be Tourist Center and have a delicious lunch in the serene environment of the garden. You will be served a variety of local specialties, among which the deep-fried crispy Elephant Ear Fish, a Mekong Delta specialty, must be one of the dishes to impress. While lunch is in progress, you will be entertained by traditional “Don Ca Tai Tu" music played live by the locals. 15:00 – 17:30: Return to Saigon
