Here, we visit one of the local markets, which offers not only great shopping opportunities but also beautifully handmade items by locals that would make truly unique souvenirs.

15:00: Journey through Khau Pha Pass, Enjoy Panoramic Views

Hang on to your seats at 3:00 PM for the riveting ride up to Khau Pha Pass. From this, one of four famous great mountainous passes in Northern Vietnam, you get spectacular panoramic views from an altitude of about 2,100 meters. You shall see exceptional scenic sights of the Khau Pha Valley with the Lim Thai and Lim Mong villages far away. You will be very lucky to visit here in September when one of the most thrilling paragliding events called “Flying over the Golden Season" takes place.

We will have a drive to La Pan Tan—Raspberry Hill at 10:00 AM. This place is famous for its golden rice terraces and panoramic views. Hanoi – Tu Le – Mu Cang Chai (L,D)

  • Impress Travel – Mu Cang Chai Tours department will pick you up at the hotel, then driving to west of Hanoi following the national way – No.32 to Nghia Lo district of Yen Bai province.
  • Have lunch in a local restaurant in Nghia Lo, then keep on driving up to Mu Cang Chai.
