Wild Banana Flower Salad
Wild Banana Flower Salad Fresh banana flowers are thinly sliced to keep them nude from browning and soaked in saltwater; then mixed with thinly sliced pig’s ears, herbs, and a delicious dressing. Some places mix this salad with smoked buffalo meat—layers of taste and texture. It then gets topped up with roasted peanuts and can be utterly addictive; a refreshing treat.
Bitter Leaf Soup
Bitter Leaf Soup is a type of dish that may be acquired, but when you are already hooked, it’s hard to go back. Made from serrated-edged leaves, how about this for ingredients: chicken intestines, pig intestines, buffalo intestines, and blood? Of robustly bitter taste, the bitter taste just gives into the sweet aftertaste of a dish unforgettable; it is also good for digestion and detoxification.
Nu’a Bamboo Sticky Rice
This would therefore be an exemplary hospitality and cuisine offering in Pu Luong, particularly at Nu’a Village, Lung Cao, Ba Thuoc: River Sticky Rice- a dish made from sticky rice of fine quality, soaked and then put inside bamboo straws, laid with banana leaves, and cooked. Outcomes fragrant and delicious sticky rice by twith roasted Co Lung duck or stir-fried bitter bamboo shoots.
