Hanoi street food tour:

• • 4.30 PM: Hanoi tours – Impress Travel Guide will pick you up at the hotel then transfer you to the old quarter area of street foods.
  • 4.45 PM: The first store to stop at to eat Nom Bo Kho – Dried beef with fresh Papaya salad.
  • 5.30 PM: We walk via the local Hang Be market to sample the green sticky rice cake with beans and learn about dishes from the markets here. This is also a most attractive area so do take some photographs.
  • 6:00 PM: Walk via a very narrow lane to Ta Hien Street, which is most famous for night pubs & bars. There we will try a roasted Pigeon and Hanoi Beer.
  • 6:30 PM: Leaving Ta Hien and moving up to Hang Buom Street which is famous for bread, Banh Cuon or boiled snails where you can try to sample anything; if you wish to
  • 7:00 PM: Next we move and walk-in Hang Chieu Street to eat Eel with vermicelli and then Bat Dan Street for Che – Sweetened porridge (Stewed fruit, bean, compote, rice, custard, sweet soup…)
  • 7:30 PM: Keep on going to To Tich Street where it is best to try Hoa Qua Dam (Seasonal Mixed Fresh Tropical Fruit).
  • 8:00 – 8.30 PM: Have a taste of Bia Hoi (Hanoi Draught Beer) and famous Giang Egg Coffee in Nguyen Huu Huan street.
  • 8:30 PM and around: The street food tour ends in Giang Coffee at 39 Nguyen Huu Huan, our tour guide will say goodbye to all of you with real experience of Hanoi cuisine.

• In the morning: Hanoi cooking class and local market’s exploration:

   

  • Hanoi Tours – Impress Travel will pick you up from the hotel then transfer you to the cooking class center.
  • To meet the HCC chef who will guide you around the crowded local markets to observe what local people selling and buying at the market for cooking.
  • The chef will introduce and explain to you the most exotic ingredients at markets and what does your team buys for cooking today.
  • After the market’s exploration, we will return to Hanoi Cooking Center were to learn three, of course, traditional Vietnamese lunches or dinner, inclusive of one drink. 
  • This is a great opportunity to do more than ‘just have a meal’ if your schedule is packed and time is limited.

   

  In the afternoon: Hanoi city tour:

   

  • Impress Travel – Hanoi tours team will pick you up at 2.00 PM then explore Hanoi city in the afternoon.
  • Visiting the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam and the place dedicated to Confucianism…
  • The next move is to West Lake and we pay a visit to Quan Thanh Temple & the oldest pagoda Tran Quoc.
  • Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter (Old Quarter Hanoi). We visit Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge.
  • Your next discovery is the old quarter which we visit by Green Car (or cyclo ride), visitors will sit on the cyclo or electric car to visit the old quarter ( Streets to streets)
  • Enjoy the water puppet show – The traditional showing in Hanoi
  • We drop you off at the hotel and overnight in Hanoi

• Impress Travel Team – Halong Tours will pick you up at your hotel then leave Hanoi for Halong bay on a 3.5 to 4-hour drive to Halong bay and Tuan Chau island to board the cruise in Halong Bay.
• 12.00 – 12.30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Tourist Wharf. Transfer to Halong bay Cruise
• 12.30: Welcome drink and cruise briefing, safety instructions, and cabin check-ins. Your fabulous Halong excursion commences
• 13.30 – 14.30: Enjoy the buffet lunch onboard while the cruise sails through the magnificent scenery of this World Heritage Site
• 15.00 – 16.00: Explore Sung Sot Cave – Hiking up and down 600 steps to the magnificent limestone formations of the biggest and most marvelous cave in Halong Bay.
• 16.00 – 16.45: Back to the vessel and continue sailing. Enjoy your relaxing time aboard, among the magnificence of the Heritage Site. A wide range of fine wine or spirits is served in the open-air bar on the sundeck.
• 17.30: Participate in Halong bay cruise cooking class under the attentive instruction of our top chef, to discover the Vietnamese cuisine of traditional spring rolls.
• 19.30: Time for dinner and evening entertainments: bar, spa, squid fishing, and more on your overnight cruise.

• Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt.
• 07h00 – 07h30 Have breakfast on board and enjoy the peaceful morning of Halong Bay.
• 08h30 – 09h30 Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Drum Cave.
• 09h45 Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
• 10h00 – 10h30 Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
• 10h30 – 11h30 while heading back to the harbor, watch the fruit carving demonstration and participate in the Cooking Class before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
• 11h45 – 12h00 Disembark Halong bay cruise
• 12h15 – 12h30 Transfer back to Hanoi.
• About 16:00 – Arrival back to Hanoi central city, recheck in the hotel
