If the number of visitors (children too) exceeds the number that has been booked, there may be a surcharge according to the resort’s policy.

Penalty for violation: 4,000,000 VND per incident.
Guests are to keep their villas secure at all times. The resort is not liable for lost property. In-room safes are provided and strongly suggested for valuables.
