It is most often used by the locals in dipping sauces, grilled meat, and boiled vegetables. His flavor resembles black pepper, but he is unusually sharp and a bit spicy. The villagers go to the forest to pick these peppercorns during its harvest season. Then, the seeded berries are sun-dried or smoked on the fire, after which the grinding will be hand method and mixed with a little salt or fish sauce. I tried fried rice with Mac Khen peppercorns—it was very tasty. Unforgettable flavor!
