22:00: And our adventure has just started! You are excited when taking the sleeper bus from Hanoi. On this comfortable ride, you relax and take your time until morning and the beginning of the trek await you. Imagine yourself falling asleep as the loud city gives in to the dark countryside.
05:00: We arrive in Sapa as the town is waking up. We will have some local breakfast and warm tea before having some time to freshen up and get organized.
07:00: Departure. A 3-hour journey of breathtaking natural beauty through misty valleys, cascading rice terraces, and picturesque villages will bring us along the way. Have your cameras ready to view of H’Mong and Ha Nhi villages in sight.
11:00: Arrive at Ngai Thau Village, which marks the starting point of our trek. A short briefing and stretching are followed. Easy trails, well-marked on gentle meadows, lead through rather quiet forests. I will point out some special plants along the path, tell you local legends, and introduce you to the rhythm of this kind of trek.
16:30: By the afternoon, we arrive at our first camp, set up at 2,300m. It is surreal to envision the wooden hut sitting on the flank of the mountains. You will then have time to get comfortable with your surroundings, take some photos, and unwind before you have dinner.
19:00: The dinner will be a kind of feast prepared by our porters, with local flavors that warm up both body and soul. Share tales around and it is a night under the stars to remember.

04:00: This is a very special day as today we will climb to the Lao Than Peak. With headlamps and cameras at the ready, join us for this dawn-time climb in the cool darkness.
06:00: First light on the summit, and the world is reborn. Now, standing atop 2,860 m above sea level look down at the sea of clouds rolling over the peaks, like waves lapping against the shores. You will be walking on air, it seems. Take in the view, record the moment, and celebrate with your commemorative medal.
08:00: Having drunk in the beauty, we start to make our way down to the second campsite at 2,600m. The trail offers fresh perspectives of the surrounding mountains, and I’ll guide you to some of my favorite viewpoints.
12:30: Lunch at the campsite, including time to rest. The afternoon is free to roam around, take pictures, or just rest in the serene surroundings of the mountains.
18:30: Dinner is one of the tasty meals prepared by our porters. Then after dinner, under the stars that just started to appear, we tell jokes and share stories around the campfire for fun.
06:30: After having a contented breakfast, descend to Y Ty. The same path is as familiar as in the dark now but feels completely different since morning light dances through trees.
11:00: Arrival in the local village of Y Ty where the villagers will have a chance to experience the livelihood of the local villagers. Learn about their tradition and unique way of agriculture while mixing up with the local warm and welcoming people of Y Ty village.
13:30: Get back to the van to Sapa for relaxation. Start with a herbal bath prepared by the Dao people. Imagine soaking away the soreness of the trek in an aromatic bath of herbs.
18:30: Enjoy a farewell dinner to celebrate the successes that we’ve accomplished together. Enjoy specialties in Sapa: grilled meat, fresh vegetables, and sip local rice wine.
22:00: Full-hearted and with happy memories we get on the overnight bus back to Hanoi.

10:00: Downhill to Ta Van Village of Giay ethnic group. It is a quiet village right in the heart of Muong Hoa Valley. You will have a wonderful time getting knowledge about the daily life of locals here. You can talk to very friendly villagers, see their marvelous and colorful traditional dresses, and join in a weaving seminar.
12:30: Lunch at a local restaurant or homestay with a menu of Sapa’s specialties, such as bamboo sticky rice, fresh trout, or sautéed mountain vegetables, together with a cool herbal tea.
14:00: Head to Sapa Love Market if visiting during the weekend. Not a mere market but more ethnic minorities get-together-fully attired in the nicest and most impressive ethnic traditional attires to meet and mix up with visitors, conduct their own social affairs, shop for various materials, sing traditional songs, or perform ethnic group dances. Something of unforgettable value.
15:30: The Fansipan Cable Car will take one to the top of Fansipan Mountain, also known as “the Roof of Indochina." It is located at 3,143 meters above sea level. One can enjoy breathtaking views: sometimes clouds are floating beneath. That would be an excellent moment to depict in photos.
17:30: This day can be concluded at a local spa either at the herbal footprint bath or any type of relaxation massage, which is just another good way to rejuvenate during this trek adventure. The Herbal Bath at Dao is a popular option for its properties to heal discomforting muscle pain away by improving muscle circulation.
19:00: Convene for a farewell dinner at Sapa’s coziest restaurant.
