6:00 AM: We meet in Hanoi and begin our journey to Mu Cang Chai. As the sun rises over the Red River Delta, we’ll drive through peaceful countryside and charming rural villages.
7:30 AM: Breakfast stop at Son Tay, in which one can indulge in renowned Vietnamese pho, a crunchy banh mi, or one of a range of options to rev one’s batteries for your journey.
