Early morning, our adventure starts as we meet at the airport for our flight to Hanoi. The air was filled with excitement, and right from take off, we could feel that it was going to be an extra-special journey.

I’ll share stories of the traditions of the H’Mong people as we walk through the village-from their intricate techniques of weaving to their rich folklore. The terraced rice fields surrounding the village are postcard-worthy.

We continue to Muong Hoa Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in the region. The trek is easy, and the scenery is tremendous. Along the way, we visit small hamlets and meet locals who welcome us with warm smiles and fascinating tales of their daily lives.

Lunch is taken out at a local restaurant, trying all the regional specialties, including grilled pork skewers and fragrant leaves used in salads.

We wake up early for the ultimate highlight of our tour: a trek to the top of Fansipan Peak, the “Roof of Indochina." Right at 7:00 AM, we take a ride on the new state-of-the-art cable car, gliding above the clouds as it ascends to 3,143 meters. When we finally reached the top, the views were nothing but spectacular. It was a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and take in just how beautiful it is here in the Hoang Son mountains.

After reaching the summit of Fansipan, we descend for a light lunch, before preparing for returning.
