8:30 AM: Kick off the day after a smooth transfer from the hotel and freshening up. Explore the heart of the city, starting with the Notre Dame Cathedral, an outstandingly beautiful illustration of French colonial architecture. I’ll share with you stories about how it was built and how it became a symbol of the city.
10:00 AM: Just across the street is the Central Post Office, where you can appreciate its detailed design and even send a postcard home! Let’s not forget to spot the huge painted map of old Saigon inside; this is a favorite photo opportunity for visitors.
11:30 AM: Then visit the Reunification Palace, a historic icon, and find out about how it became the focal point of unification for Vietnam in 1975.
1:00 PM: After having a morning filled with history and culture, we’ll have lunch in one of the local restaurants where you can try one of the two most popular Vietnamese dishes, pho or banh xeo.
3:00 PM: The whole afternoon can be used to immerse yourself in the lively vibe of the city. Take a studio walk along Nguyen Hue Walking Street to get the rhythm of modern Saigon, with street performers and buzzing cafes at every corner.
6:30 PM: We get on a nice dinner cruise along the Saigon River while the sun goes down. You will taste genuine Vietnamese food and watch the twinkling city lights reflected on the water. This is a good time to let yourself go with the view and get immersed in the beauty of Ho Chi Minh City by night.

Time: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Rise and shine! Today’s adventure awaits you beyond the city limits, deep into history and natural beauty, and the Southern part of Vietnam.
6:30 AM: Early hotel departure to head to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels en-route discussion will be on interesting wartime history and the resilient people of the region.
8:00 AM: Arrive at tunnels, where clients will be allowed to crawl into the narrow underground passages to see how Vietnamese soldiers lived, cooked, and survived during the war. Of course, I’ll be guiding you through that. If feeling more adventurous, try a few rounds at the nearby shooting range.
11:00 AM: Enough sightseeing in the morning, we further drive on towards the tranquil Mekong Delta and reach Long An by noon.
12:30 PM: And here is where it happens! Board a sampan, a traditional wood boat, and start gliding along verdant canals lined with coconut palms; enter another world while visiting the local village.
2:00 PM: In the village, you join a practical cooking class to learn the art of making a traditional Vietnamese dish. We are going to make one delicious meal using fresh ingredients from the Mekong.
3:30 PM: In the afternoon, after having your lunch, you will pay a visit to the local workshop where artisans make coconut candy among other handmade goods. You will be allowed to chat with locals, see the skills of these artisans, and even take some souvenir items with you.
5:00 PM: In the late afternoon, we will drive back to Ho Chi Minh City, where you can relax after a day full of unforgettable memories.

The second day of our Port Hedland to Ho Chi Minh City tours takes you from the bottoms of history up to the serenity of spirituality.
6:30 AM: A beautiful sunrise drive today to take in the Cu Chi Tunnels. I’ll be leading you through, sharing stories of bravery and resilience as we journey through the underground network of tunnels that played such a vital part in the Vietnam War. See what it was like to make your way along the narrow passages and wonder at the ingenuity of the design.
11:00 AM: Following up on this with an afternoon drive over to the serene countryside town of Tay Ninh, full of greenery and home to one of the most colorful architecturally wonderful temples, which constitutes the Cao Dai Holy See in representation of their spiritual center of the Cao Dai religion.
12:00 PM: You will get to witness the noon prayer ceremony, which is a great sight to watch a wonderful demonstration of devotion and unity. The colors inside the temple and the chanting of the followers make the atmosphere serene and awestruck.
2:00 PM: Having engulfed ourselves in all the spiritual energy, we will get a taste of traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant before driving back to Ho Chi Minh City. Spend the evening at leisure or explore yourself in the city’s vibrant streets.
Time: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Today we make an excursion to the Mekong Delta, as lush as it is rich in culture.
7:00 AM: After breakfast, head to Long An, where the majestic Mekong River is crossed by a network of serene canals and green fields.
9:00 AM: Today starts early on our motorbike tour driving smoothly through some incredibly beautiful villages en route, across shimmering rice paddy fields view the daily life of the countryside alive with friendly ethnics.
11:00 AM: The day includes a visit to a local workshop where many skilled artisans create traditional goods either in the form of woven mats or coconut candies. Such exposures make one closer to the tradition and artistry of the region.
12:30 PM: Lunch will be on a farm-to-table cooking class, teaching the fine ways of traditional Vietnamese dishes from locally sourced and very fresh ingredients. We shall assemble for a great meal within a serene garden area.
3:00 PM: Spend your afternoon meandering along the scenic waterways of the Mekong on a traditional sampan boat. The gentle swaying of the water with lush greenery around you makes this an unforgettable part of your journey.
5:30 PM: Arrive back in Ho Chi Minh City for assimilation and introspection of today’s experience.
