Arrive in Hanoi airport (Noi Bai airport)

Day: 02

Hanoi city tour (B, L)

  • Enjoy buffet breakfast at hotel.
  • 8 AM: Transfer to visit Ho Chi Minh President Mausoleum Complex. It is is a mausoleum which serves as the resting place of Vietnamese revolutionary leader and President Ho Chi Minh in Hanoi, Vietnam.
  • Van Mieu Temple of literature: It is literally translated as Temple of Literature, is a temple dedicated to Confucius in Hanoi, northern Vietnam. The temple was founded and first built in 1070 at the time of Emperor Lý Thánh Tông, and it hosted the Imperial Academy, Vietnam’s first national university, from 1076 to 1779.
  • Lunch at Vietnamese Restaurant.
  • Hoa Lo Prison Museum: It was a prison in Hanoi originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton"
  • Riding cyclo to explore the old quarter for one hour: It is a cyclois a three-wheeled bicycle taxi that takes passengers on a leisurely ride through the bustling streets of Hanoi Old Quarter of 36 streets.
  • Hoan Kiem lake & Ngoc Son temple visiting & walking around: It’s best to get to these sites by foot. Not only is it a few minutes’ walk from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, but it also gives you a chance to explore the city’s local scene.
  • Hanoi Water Puppet Show: It is a performing-arts venue presenting theatrical water puppetry shows with accompanying music.
  • Transfer back hotel then free & easy to explore Hanoi city at night by your own.
  • Stay overnight in Hanoi.

Day: 03

Hanoi - Ha Long International Harbor – Bai Tu Long Bay – Thien Canh Son Cave (B, L, D) - 2 hr 17 min (155.5 km)

  • Enjoy breakfast at hotel in Hanoi.
  • 08:20 – 08:45: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter 
  • 11:30: Arrive at Indochina Junk Office, take a rest at the Waiting Lounge before transferring to Cruise.
  • 11:50 – 12:15: Go to the port by a buggy, where the crew and staff will welcome you and assist with the check-in process onto the cruise ship.
  • 12:30 – 13:00: After boarding the cruise ship, you will enjoy tea and listen to an introduction about the itinerary and safety information for the journey, as well as check-in to your cabin.
  • 13:15: Have lunch at the onboard restaurant, featuring seafood dishes from Quang Ninh. The cruise ship will start its journey to explore Bai Tu Long Bay, passing through limestone islands and beautiful scenery along the bay.
  • 14:30: The tour guide will take you to visit Thien Canh Son Cave, where you can explore the natural beauty of the cave with unique stalactites formed over thousands of years.
  • 15:00: Relax on Hon Co Beach and join a kayaking excursion to discover the limestone islands in the bay before returning to the cruise ship.
  • 16:15: Back to the cruise ship and enjoy a sunset cruise on Bai Tu Long Bay.
  • 17:15: Join a Vietnamese cooking class.
  • 19:00: Rest and have dinner in a quiet and romantic atmosphere on the bay.
  • 20:00: Free time to relax and you can also join the experience of squid fishing. Spend the night on Bai Tu Long Bay

Day: 04

Vung Vieng Fishing Village – Ha Long International Harbor – Hanoi – Then flight to Danang (B, L)

  • 07:00 – 07:15: Morning view of the Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Breakfast is served on the cruise ship.
  • 07:45: Transfer by bamboo boat to visit Vung Vieng fishing village, where you can explore the unique way of life and the beautiful scenery of the fishing village amidst the natural heritage.
  • 08:45: Back to the cruise ship for relaxation and leisure time.
  • 09:45 – 10:00: Check-out and enjoy some leisure time to relax and capture memorable moments as the cruise ship journeys through the stunning limestone island area.
  • 10:15: Enjoy aSet Menu Lunch while the cruise ship continues its journey on the bay.
  • 11:30: The cruise returns to the International Port of Ha Long. Drive to Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province for a short break in this typical Vietnamese agricultural village which is rich in culture and traditions.
  • 16:00: Arrive in Noi Bai Airport then take domestic flight to Danang (2h15m)
  • Impress Travel Team pick up then transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town center.
  • Check in hotel then free & easy to explore Hoi An Ancient Town by your own.
  • Stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day: 05

Hoi An Cham island tour (B,L)

  • At 8:00 a.m: Local tour guide picks you up at the hotels
  • At 8:30 a.m : You will be transferred to Cua Dai harbor to register with the Border Police before heading to the islands.
  • After 20 mins transferring by speedboat, you arrive on the island.
  • At 9:00 a.m: Upon arriving on the island, your guide will take you to the Cu Lao Cham museum, and showroom where the history, map, objects are displayed.
  • Visiting Au Thuyen where the local boats are hidden in big storms.
  • Walking along the rice field to the over-200-years-old temple of Hai Tang. Besides from that, you can also see Chăm’s old well and Seafood Market – Place of exchanges and trading all kinds of fresh seafood that fishermen caught after 1 night.
  • At 11:00 a.m: Back to the boat for snorkeling for half an hour at Xep beach. Here you can swim, dive and see the forest of nice coral under the sea
  • At 11:45m: Go to Bai Bac beach for lunch and relax.
  • At 14:00: Back to Cua Dai estuary where our vehicle will take you back to Hoi An.
  • Return to Hotel in Hanoi then free and easy to explore Hoi An at night by your own.
  • Overnight in Hoi An Ancient Town.

Day: 06

Hoi An walking tour & take a flight to HCM city (B,L)

The morning: Hoi An ancient walking tour.

  • Enjoy tranquil morning time buffet breakfast and café.
  • At 9:00 am: Continue exploring the town of Hoi An by foot. The historic city, which was an affluent seaport metropolis from the 16th to 18th centuries, is now an attractive metropolis that can not be missed whereas touring the Southeast Asian area. After many centuries, Hoi An is still respectful of its traditions, folk festivals, beliefs and sophisticated culinary art
  • Whereas strolling through the town, we’ll make just a few stop to go to Hoi An’s Colorful Native Market, Historical House, Fu Jian Meeting Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. A walking tour is the best way to see the the Japanese-covered Bridge, the wonderful market and the wooden-fronted houses that once belonged to the town’s prosperous merchants.
  • Hoi An is known throughout Vietnam for its excellent seafood, and it also boasts with its own unique dishes such as Cao Lau, a delicious combination of noodles, pork, bean sprouts, mint and croutons. You will see these foods as you stroll around the Old Town.

Day: 07

Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi Tunnels & Mekong Delta (B,L)

  • Good morning, Saigon then transfer to visit Cu Chi Tunnels.
  • Cu Chi Tunnels: The tunnels of Cu Chi are an immense network of connecting tunnels located in the Cu Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and are part of a much larger network of tunnels that underlie much of the country.
  • Transfer from Cu Chi Tunnels to Mekong Delta.
  • Lunch at Mekong Rest-stop.
  • Mekong Delta River Tour: Arrival My Tho, the boat trip takes you to visit some small Island with many landscapes. Here we can enjoy some of tropical fruits while listening to traditional South Vietnamese folk songs performed by local artists. Then we will visit small Bee Farm, where we can play with the pythons and trying some honey tea, and taste local confectionery.
  • Finally, we will have a short rowing boat ride to small canal, enjoy the fresh air under the cool green water palm.
  • Drive back HCMC late afternoon.

Day: 08

Ho Chi Minh city tour then flight to Bangkok (B, L)

In the morning: Ho Chi Minh city tour ½ day:

  • Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
  • Tour guide and private car will pick up at your hotel and city tour begins at the century-old Reunification Palacealso known as Independence Palace, built on the sight of the former Norodom palace, a landmark of Ho Chi Minh City which witnessed the growth of Ho Chi Minh City during peacetime and throughout the Vietnam War until its end in 1975.
  • Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French colonial times, including a stop at the impressive Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral, discover the magnificent neon-Romanesque architecture as you take in the tranquil atmosphere inside. At the opposite Central Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, learn about this significant landmark – the busiest post office in Vietnam.
  • Next visit to War Remnants Museumwhere the relics of the War are displayed in all their terrible glory.
  • Check out of the hotel before 12 noon.

In the afternoon:

  • Lunch: Vietnamese cuisine encompasses the foods and beverages originated from Vietnam. Meals feature a combination of five fundamental tastes: sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy. The distinctive nature of each dish reflects one or more elements, which are also based around a five-pronged philosophy.
  • Transfer from Ho Chi Minh city center to Tan San Nhat airport for international terminal for international flight to Bangkok.
  • Flight from Tan San Nhat to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 17:35 from Tan San Nhat International Airport and 19:05 at Suvarnabhumi Airport Travel time: 1h30m (nonstop).
  • The drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Bangkok city center usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour

Day: 09

Bangkok city (B,L)

  • After breakfast, we visit the Grand Royal Palace dedicated to the ceremony of the royal family of Thailand. In the same compound is the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew which is known for the Statue of the Emerald Buddha.
  • After visiting this complex, we continue to visit Wat Pho, a giant house of the lying Buddha.
  • Afternoon transfer to the Jim Thompson house, in the heart of Bangkok’s city center: start by learning the story of the American businessman and traveler, who made it his life’s work to bring Thai silks to the world’s fashion houses, and then explore his remarkable home. This is one of the best places in Bangkok to see traditional Thai teak homes, as Thompson assembled his using historic houses shipped to Bangkok from around the country. Find out what is known — and what remains a mystery — about Thompson’s 1967 disappearance in the Malaysian jungle, then explore the collection of art that he assembled during 25 years in Thailand.

Day: 10

Bangkok – Maeklong Railway market – Damnoen Saduak floating market – Patom Organic Village (B) - 1 hr 43 min (81.1 km)

  • Early in the morning, we drive southwest of Bangkok, visit the Maeklong railway market, take photo, and enjoy the local snack in the market before driving to Damnoen Saduak, a rural floating market. Stop for a motorboat trip along the waterway to the picturesque floating market of Damnoen Saduak. Enjoy your own lunch. In the afternoon we will transfer back to Bangkok.
  • On the way, stop at PATOM ORGANIC VILLAGE.
