7:30 AM – After visiting the market, we head to the local factories of rice noodles and rice paper. Observe how they skillfully make these staples of Vietnamese cuisine and try to make some yourself!
9:30 AM – Drive back to Can Tho City to have a great lunch with all the local dishes that present flavors of the region.
