Our local Chef will meet you at your Hotel. Drive to a local traditional market for a visit. Continue driving to Tra Que Garden Cooking Class which is located at the heart of Tra Que Organic vegetable Village. Enjoy a welcome drink then stroll around the vegetable village with your Chef before joining the farmer to see and to practice the traditional farming methods in preparing, and fertilizing the land with an organic source of fertilizer such as seaweeds, wild weeds, soybean, or peanut residue after oil extraction, or cow dung. The following steps are raking the ground, sowing or transplanting vegetables, watering, and some other gardening activities. After farming experience, you will take a break then have a relaxing foot massage which is a health treatment with traditional medicinal herbs before taking part in preparing and cooking some of the famous local dishes including “Banh Xeo”-Local Rice-Pancakes, Banana Flower Salad, Fresh Spring Rolls, and “Ram”-Local Fried Spring Rolls with the instruction of your local Chef. Enjoy your meal with dishes made by yourself. After the meal, take a rest before driving back to your Hotel. Tour ends.

Great value for money with 4 stars hotel accommodation for 4 couples. The tour guide has been very helpful and brought us to amazing places in Sapa.
