Upon arrival at Nam Ngum Lake, embark on a peaceful boat trip across the calm waters. Cruise past small islands and floating fishing villages, where you will witness local families living in harmony with the lake. Lunch will be served at a lakeside restaurant, offering a chance to savour regional specialities while enjoying scenic views.
In the afternoon, continue your journey north to Vang Vieng, a town famous for its dramatic limestone karst landscape. If time permits, visit the impressive Tham Jang Cave, once used as a hideout during times of invasion, and enjoy panoramic views over the Nam Song River valley.
