Day 1: Welcome to Hanoi – Team Introduction
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our local representative and private driver will welcome the group and provide a comfortable transfer to the hotel in central Hanoi. After checking-in, participants will have time to rest or explore the surrounding area.
In the late afternoon, the group gathers for an introductory team session. The facilitator presents the five-day program, safety guidelines, challenge rules, and scoring system. Besides, participants are divided into teams and invited to create their own team names, mottos, flags, and opening presentations.
The day concludes with a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. This relaxed first gathering allows colleagues to connect outside the workplace, you will meet the organizing team and prepare for the challenges ahead.

Day 2: Hanoi Cultural Discovery – The Capital Amazing Race
After having breakfast, team will begin with listening a cultural introduction to Hanoi, a capital where more than a thousand years of history blend with the rhythm of modern Vietnamese life. Depending on operating conditions, the morning program may include the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Complex, Hoan Kiem Lake, or another representative historical attraction.
Following lunch, the main team-building event begins: the Hanoi Capital Amazing Race. Equipped with maps, clues, and mission cards, teams navigate selected areas of the city to complete a series of cultural and creative assignments.
Possible challenges include:
- Decoding historical clues at famous landmarks
- Finding designated locations in the Old Quarter
- Communicating with local residents to collect information
- Identifying Vietnamese ingredients or traditional products
- Recreating a Hanoi street scene in a team photograph
- Completing problem-solving and leadership missions
- Producing a short creative video about the team’s Hanoi experience
The challenge encourages strategic planning, delegation, time management, communication, and collective decision-making. At the finish line, the facilitator reviews the results and shares key observations from the day.
In the evening, team will enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh Countryside Challenge – Gala Dinner
In the morning, team will enjoy breakfast at the hotel before traveling south to Ninh Binh. Renowned for its tranquil waterways, rice fields, and towering limestone formations.
On arrival, the teams begin a countryside challenge designed to combine local discovery with cooperation. Participants may cycle along village roads, follow directional clues, complete photo missions, answer questions about rural life. Or taking part in light physical and creative tasks at designated checkpoints.
After lunch featuring regional dishes, team will board traditional sampan boats for a scenic journey through the limestone landscape of Trang An or Tam Coc. Next, participants pass beneath natural caves and between dramatic karst mountains while learning about the area’s cultural and ecological significance.
Where operating and safety conditions permit, the boat experience may incorporate observational challenges requiring teams to identify landmarks, solve visual clues. Or recording creative group content along the route.
Team will return to Hanoi in the late afternoon and prepare for the evening’s celebratory gala dinner. The event may include:
- A welcome speech from company leadership
- Team performances and interactive games
- A presentation of photographs and videos from the challenges
- Recognition of outstanding participants
- Team awards and prize-giving
- Lucky draws or customized entertainment
The gala provides a memorable opportunity to celebrate achievements, recognize individual contributions, and reinforce the values developed during the program.

Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise – Kayaking Team Challenge
After enjoying breakfast and hotel checking-out, team will depart for Halong Bay, one of Vietnam’s most celebrated natural destinations. On arrival at the marina, team will board the overnight cruise and receive a welcome drink, safety briefing, and cabin assignment.
Lunch is served as the vessel cruises among Halong Bay’s limestone islands and emerald waters. In the afternoon, team will explore one of the bay’s caves, islands, or designated kayaking areas, depending on the cruise route and weather conditions.
The group then takes part in a cooperative kayaking challenge. Teams must coordinate paddling, follow the correct route, and complete simple observational or photography missions. The activity promotes trust, communication, situational awareness, and synchronized teamwork in a spectacular natural setting.
Returning to the cruise to relax on the sundeck and admire the sunset. Participants may also join an onboard cooking demonstration, happy hour, or other scheduled activities.
Dinner is served in the cruise restaurant. The evening remains free for conversation, squid fishing, games, or relaxation beneath the night sky.

Day 5: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Departure
Early risers may begin the final day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as morning light appears over the bay. After having breakfast, team will continue cruising and join the scheduled morning excursion, which may include a cave, beach, island viewpoint, or peaceful boating area.
Next, participants will return to the vessel for check-out and an early lunch or brunch while cruising toward the marina. This is also an opportunity for the facilitator to conduct a short closing session, summarize the team’s achievements. As well as inviting participants to share key lessons from the journey.
Then, team will disembark and transfer back to Hanoi. Depending on the group’s flight schedule, the driver will take participants directly to Noi Bai International Airport or a designated location in the city.
The Hanoi Team Building Challenge Tour: 5 Days concludes with stronger professional relationships, renewed energy, and memorable experiences shared across northern Vietnam.
