The mountain surrounds these terraces, this is an excellent time for photography and quiet reflection amidst nature.
Midday: Traditional Hmong Lunch
At 12:30 PM, you would take a break for lunch at a casual, rustic Hmong-style restaurant in the village. You may delight in the local specialties of grilling lon ban nuong or com lam, or grilled pork and bamboo sticky rice with fresh mountain vegetables.
