By mid-morning, we will stop in Ham Yen, Tuyen Quang province, well-known for its orchards. You will get to taste the juicy oranges and fresh dragon fruits. We will take the time to stretch our legs, during which I will be able to give you all some fun facts about this agricultural hub.
12:00 PM: Arrival at Ha Giang City (Km0 milestone)
We arrive at Ha Giang City around noon and stop to mark the commencement of your journey into the northernmost province of Vietnam. Take an iconic photo at the Km0 marker, symbolic for travelers passing into the wild beauty of Ha Giang.
2:00 PM: Quan Ba Heaven Gate and Twin Mountains
The higher we go, the cooler the air will be, and the view is much nicer. We will stop at Quan Ba Heaven Gate to see the Twin Mountains described by the local legend as two fairy bosoms.
