21:00 (Previous Evening) – You take an overnight comfortable bus or train from Hanoi to Sapa. This journey is perfect for rest and getting ready for the next adventure.
06:00 – Arrival in Sapa town in the early morning. A short transfer will be followed by breakfast to equip energy for the trek. It is also a good time to meet the guide and fellow trekkers and prepare anything necessary before leaving.

20:00 – Tired but very excited for the next day, retiring to your tent to rest and recharge for the big summit day ahead.
05:00 – Today will start with an early lightweight breakfast in the morning, along with hot tea. This will make you feel fresh for the last day of the trek. You pack up the camp and start on the trail when the cool mountain air is still crisp.
06:00 – The path becomes steeper and more difficult as you approach the summit. But the anticipation of being at the top drives you ahead, and with each step, the scenery drama unfolds further.

Fansipan is not an easy hike; it will require much from fans in terms of physical preparedness. Include endurance training regularly and strength exercises in your routine some weeks before the trek. Running or walking at least 5 kilometers a few times a week should build up cardiovascular fitness. Your legs and core should be strong, so squats and lunges are necessary, along with stair climbing.
