11:00 AM – Visit the Cau Di Bo (Walking Bridge)

For lunch, we’ll go to Com Nieu Hoa Sua, one of the best local places for traditional Mekong Delta cooking. Here, you’ll savor dishes such as the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancakes) and Com Nieu (clay pot rice) — a hearty, homestyle meal that pairs well with your regional exploration. Trust me, this food will make your mouth water and will let you taste real Can Tho.
2:00 PM – Visit the Can Tho Museum & Chua Ong (The Ong Pagoda)
After lunch, it’s time for a touch of culture! We will stop at the Can Tho Museum, where you can learn about the history and traditions of the Mekong Delta. The museum’s displays are instructive and immerse you in the area’s deep culture. Then, we’ll move on to Chua Ong, a historic temple of Chinese origin, over 120 years old. Unwind with a cold drink, and tuck into a delicious meal of grilled shrimp, seafood, and fresh river fish, as the sun sets over the Mekong. The ideal conclusion to your first day in Can Tho!
8:00 PM – Free Time & Optional Night Walk Along Cau Di Bo
After dinner, you’re free to wander or chill. If you can handle it, come with me for an optional night walk on the Cau Di Bo Bridge. And as the tobridge lights up continues the magic of the tallulah twinkling in the city of lights. It’s a beautiful and romantic experience you’ll never forget!

5:30 AM – Early Morning Boat Ride to Cai Rang Floating Market
At 5:30 AM, we left the hotel for Cai Rang Floating Market (Can Tho) — the most famous floating market. Here, you’ll board a boat and float down the river while observing the colorful boats full of fresh produce and goods. It is alive but serene, as the natives haggled and exchanged goods straight off the sea. This market is an absolute must-see for anyone traveling in the Mekong Delta, it’s one of the most unforgettable methods to experience local life.
7:00 AM – Visit a Local Village and Fruit Garden
After the market, we’ll visit a nearby village where you can roam through the fruit orchards that line the Mekong Delta. You’ll get to taste some of the freshest tropical fruits, like durian, mangosteen, and coconut, while getting to know the farming practices that sustain local families. It’s a wonderful way to immerse yourself in local culture and learn how the Mekong Delta can grow so many different fruits.

11:30 AM – Lunch at Bong Sen Restaurant
We’ll then continue to Bong Sen Restaurant, a local establishment where you’ll have a traditional Vietnamese lunch, including dishes such as goi cuon (Vietnamese spring rolls) and bun rieu (crab noodle soup). After lunch, we’ll have some time to rest and reflect on everything we experienced in the last two days.
1:00 PM – Return to Can Tho & Farewell
After lunch, we take the road back to Can Tho to end our tour. Wearing the appropriate clothing is essential to ensure your trip is enjoyable and comfortable.
