06:20 AM: Departure from Hanoi
Your first day will be spent on a morning bus ride from Hanoi to Sapa, a road trip with the heart of at least 5 to 6 hours through mesmerizing landscapes of quintessentially the North of Vietnam. All the while, steadily, the busy city changes to a peaceful countryside.
08:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Scenic Drive to Sapa
The scenic drive through the Red River Delta, with an endless view of lush green rice fields and winding waterways, is vividly regarded as a fitting introduction to the richness and depth of this beautiful country. Moving up the mountain, views of awesome scenery open from terraced rice fields and lush-covered mountains. 12:00 PM: Arrival in Sapa
Upon arrival at Sapa, you will be met and transferred to Saigonese Trekking House
12:30 PM: Check-in and Local Lunch

02:00 PM: Begin Afternoon Trek
Begin your trek in the amazing landscape of rice terraces in Sapa. The track will be a combination of ups and downs that meander alongside the Mường Hoa stream, with extremely local picturesque sceneries on both sides
02:30 PM – 04:00 PM: Visit Lao Chai Village
We then arrive in the Lao Chai village; this place is home to the Hmong ethnic minority. Get acquainted with the local people like the Hmong, observe their traditional crafts since you learn so much from them, and begin to understand the differences that they possess in their lives. The Hmong are very colorful and can be recognized by their clothes and elaborate embroideries.
04:00 PM – 06:00 PM: Continue Trek to Ta Van Village
The walk to Ta Van winds through more spectacular landscapes: lush valleys, and terraced fields. You are going to stay overnight with a Giay family. This has the advantage that you will be able to perceive their hospitality and know about their culture.
06:30 PM: Local Dinner and Overnight Stay
Dinner will be a local-style dinner prepared by your homestay. Typical dinners include sticky rice, grilled meats, and fresh vegetables. You can spend the evening getting acquainted with your hosts and learning about their traditions in the evening. You may even get to try out some of their daily activities. The homestay is very basic but clean and comfortable with simple facilities but an ideal place for those to gain a real-life experience in the Sapa countryside.
06:30 AM: Sunrise Breakfast
Sounds of nature and the rising sun shall fill your ears. With homemade bread, local fruits, and freshly brewed tea, an equally heavenly breakfast is waiting. A very nice meal to kickstart another adventurous day lies ahead
07:30 AM: Morning Trek through Fields and Bamboo Forests
The path winds up beautiful rice fields and dense forests of bamboo. Refreshing and enjoyable, this hike bodes well with the freshness of morning air and a serene environment.
09:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Visit Giang Ta Chai Village
Stop at the village of Giang Ta Chai, famous for its beautiful landscapes and traditional wooden houses. Take a moment to intermingle with the locals, the Red Dzao, to understand their customs and observe the practice of making traditional crafts here. The local women of this tribe wear multicolored costumes beautifully embroidered, which are very attractive.

11:30 AM: Return Trek to Sapa

Again back to Saigonese Trekking House for lunch, and enjoy relaxing moments. This is a time presently share stories and experiences with fellow travelers that have been made through contact in such a short duration of the program. We went on a private trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, the whole trip plan was organized for us by the Impress Travel Company from Vietnam, the company did an amazing job, the whole trip was organized in a wonderful way with an amazing match between the various parties, their choices were correct and the quality of the hotels chosen were very high quality and it is important to note that the price was low in comparison To other agencies, thanks to Impress Travel and especially to Daniel who was tolerant and open to changes and organized the route for us.
