Dong Giao pineapple is a type of pineapple grown at Dong Giao farm, Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh. This type of pineapple includes 2 main varieties, Queen and Cayen, officially brought to Vietnam in 1972. Each year, this farm has 2 main pineapple crops in March and July. To be able to harvest pineapple, farmers have to spend an average of 18 months. For that reason, pineapple is grown all year round, pineapple fields have gradually become a favorite tourist destination for many young people. Thanks to favorable natural conditions, high clay content in the soil, the soil in Dong Giao is always loose and the large temperature range between day and night creates high radiation, helping to produce delicious pineapples that are famous far and wide.
2 day and 1-night package tour to explore Ninh Binh Province where is amazing scenery in the north of Vietnam. We will take a boat trip to explore Trang An natural heritage of Ninh Binh, Vietnam. Then we move up to Tam Coc where we will spend time here to explore the rural village and the wonderful scenery around the Tam Coc area, then do fishing & farming in the garden with a local family.
