Beginning in Ho Chi Minh City, where French colonial architecture, historic landmarks and lively markets reflect the city’s fascinating cultural layers. The journey then takes you into the lush Mekong Delta for a relaxing river excursion through coconut-lined canals, tropical orchards and peaceful villages. After discovering the Delta, fly to Sihanoukville and continue by speedboat to Koh Rong. Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s energetic southern gateway. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will meet our local representative and transfer by private vehicle to your hotel.
After checking-in, the remainder of the day is free to recover from your flight or begin exploring the city independently. Depending on your arrival time, you may stroll along Nguyen Hue Walking Street. Or visiting the riverside area or enjoy your first taste of southern Vietnamese cuisine.

After having breakfast, you will meet our tour guide for a fascinating introduction to the history and culture of Ho Chi Minh City.
Next, you will visit the Reunification Palace, an important landmark associated with the conclusion of the Vietnam War in 1975. You continue traveling to the Notre-Dame Cathedral area and the Central Post Office, one of the city’s most recognizable examples of French colonial architecture. Exterior viewing may apply when restoration or access restrictions are in place.
Then, you will continue to visit the War Remnants Museum, where photographs and exhibits provide thought-provoking perspectives on Vietnam’s modern history. After enjoying lunch, you will explore Cho Lon, the city’s historic Chinatown, and visit the atmospheric Thien Hau Temple. Concluding the tour at a traditional market, where stalls display spices, textiles, handicrafts and local produce.
You will return to the hotel in the late afternoon. The evening is at leisure.

After enjoying breakfast, you will depart Ho Chi Minh City for the Mekong Delta, a fertile region shaped by rivers, orchards and generations of waterside communities.
Upon arrival in the My Tho or Ben Tre area, you will board a motorboat and cruise along one of the Mekong River’s branches. From here, you can observe fishing boats, riverside houses and cargo vessels while learning about daily life in the Delta.
Afterward, you will disembark at a peaceful village to visit a tropical fruit orchard and sample seasonal fruit accompanied by honey tea. Depending on the selected route, you may also observe the production of coconut candy or another traditional local product.
Then, you will continue to aboard a small sampan for a gentle journey through narrow canals shaded by water coconut palms. Or enjoying a regional lunch featuring Mekong Delta flavors before returning to the pier.
Traveling back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon. The evening is free for independent dining and last-minute shopping.

You will enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. At the appointed time, you are transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight to Cambodia.
Subject to the available flight schedule, traveling directly to Sihanoukville or connect through Phnom Penh. After completing Cambodian immigration formalities, you will meet the local representative and continue to the appropriate ferry terminal.
Next, you will board a scheduled speedboat for the journey across the Gulf of Thailand to Koh Rong. Services from Sihanoukville generally reach the island in approximately 30–60 minutes, although travel time depends on the operator, weather and arrival pier. Current ferry information shows several daily services, but schedules remain subject to seasonal and operational changes.
Upon arrival, you will transfer to your beach resort and check in. Spending the remainder of the day swimming, walking along the shore or simply unwinding beneath the palms.

In the morning, you will wake up beside the tropical waters of Koh Rong and enjoy breakfast at the resort. Today is completely free for relaxation or optional activities.
Besides, you may spend the morning swimming in the clear sea, sunbathing on the soft sandy beach or enjoying the facilities at your resort. More active travelers can arrange optional snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing or a boat trip to nearby bays.
Alternatively, you can explore one of the island’s local communities, follow a nature trail. Or find inga peaceful stretch of beach away from the busier areas. In the late afternoon, you will relax with a refreshing drink and admire the changing colors over the Gulf of Thailand.

You will enjoy your final breakfast on the island and spend the early morning relaxing beside the sea.
Then, checking out of the resort and taking a scheduled speedboat back to Sihanoukville. Upon arrival at the mainland pier, you will meet the driver for your transfer to Sihanoukville International Airport, a bus station or your independently booked hotel.
