Day 1: Arrival in Phnom Penh
Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide or driver and transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free at leisure to relax after your flight or explore the city at your own pace.

Day 2: Phnom Penh City Tour
Spend the day discovering Phnom Penh, a lively capital filled with cultural heritage, royal landmarks and local colour. Start with a visit to the Royal Palace, the official residence of the King of Cambodia, followed by the Silver Pagoda, also known as the Pagoda of the Emerald Buddha.
Continue to the National Museum, home to an impressive collection of Khmer art and historical objects. Later, explore one of Phnom Penh’s popular markets, such as the Central Market with its Art Deco architecture or the Russian Market, known for local crafts, silk, souvenirs and daily goods.
In the afternoon, visit important memorial sites that provide insight into Cambodia’s recent history. These visits are arranged with respect and sensitivity.

Day 3: Phnom Penh – Kampong Thom – Siem Reap
After breakfast, travel by private vehicle from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. The journey takes around 6 hours, with a stop at Sambor Prei Kuk near Kampong Thom.
Sambor Prei Kuk is one of Cambodia’s most important pre-Angkorian temple sites. Once the capital of Chenla in the 6th century, this peaceful forest complex is home to more than 100 ancient brick temple ruins and offers a fascinating introduction to early Khmer architecture.
Upon arrival in Siem Reap, visit Artisans Angkor, a vocational centre supporting traditional Cambodian crafts such as stone carving, wood carving, lacquer work and silk painting. Watch local artisans at work and learn more about the preservation of Khmer craftsmanship.

Day 4: Siem Reap – Angkor Thom – Ta Prohm – Banteay Srei
Today, explore Angkor Thom, the great fortified city of the Khmer Empire. Enter through the impressive South Gate, crossing a causeway lined with statues of gods and demons holding a giant naga.
Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas and Baphuon Temple. The highlight of Angkor Thom is Bayon Temple, famous for its giant stone faces and beautifully preserved bas-reliefs.
Next, visit Ta Prohm, one of the most atmospheric temples in Angkor, where ancient stone structures are intertwined with giant tree roots. In the afternoon, continue to Banteay Srei, often called the jewel of classical Khmer art. Built from pink sandstone, this smaller temple is admired for its delicate and detailed carvings.

Day 5: Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Departure
After breakfast, visit Angkor Wat, the masterpiece of Khmer architecture and the national symbol of Cambodia. Cross the vast moat and walk along the grand causeway before entering the temple complex.
Explore its galleries, courtyards, towers and remarkable stone carvings, including thousands of Apsara figures and long bas-reliefs depicting stories from Hindu mythology. Angkor Wat is impressive at any time of day, especially during sunrise or late afternoon when the light creates a magical atmosphere over the ancient stones.
After the visit, transfer to Siem Reap Airport for your departure flight.
