06:30–07:00: Departure from Hanoi
Our private vehicle and English-speaking guide will meet the group at the designated hotel, office, or meeting point in central Hanoi. After a warm welcome and brief introduction, the team begins the journey to Sapa via the Hanoi–Lao Cai Expressway.
During the drive, you can relax, enjoy the changing landscapes, or join light onboard activities prepared by the tour leader. A comfort stop will be arranged along the way.
As the vehicle approaches Sapa, the scenery gradually changes from the flat Red River Delta to forested hills, winding mountain roads, and the magnificent peaks of the Hoang Lien Son Range.
12:30: Arrival and Welcome Lunch
You arrive in Sapa and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Vietnamese and Northwest highland specialties.
Following lunch, our tour guide introduces the schedule, important safety information, and the objectives of the afternoon activities. The group then checks in at the hotel and has a short break.
14:00: Discover Cat Cat Village
Transfering to the entrance of Cat Cat Village, a picturesque settlement situated in the valley beneath Fansipan Mountain. The village is closely associated with the cultural traditions of the Black Hmong community.
Next, you will follow the descending pathways through traditional houses, gardens, terraced fields, and craft displays. Along the way, participants can learn about local weaving, indigo dyeing, silver carving, traditional tools, and the daily life of mountain families.
Then, you will continue traveling toward Cat Cat Waterfall and the historic hydropower station constructed during the French colonial period. The bridges, streams, wooden structures, and surrounding mountains provide attractive settings for group photographs.
The walk is approximately three kilometers and includes paved paths, slopes, and steps. Transportation can be arranged for participants who prefer a less demanding experience.
15:45: Mountain Team-Building Challenge
Gathering at a suitable outdoor activity area for the main team-building program. You will be divided into teams and receive colored identifiers or company-branded materials. After a lively warm-up, the event coordinator introduces the rules, safety guidance, scoring system, and team objectives.
Activities may include:
- The Mountain Connection: Teams transport objects through a coordinated human chain without breaking formation.
- Terrace Field Relay: Participants complete a relay requiring speed, planning, and careful division of responsibilities.
- Bridge of Trust: Team members work together to overcome a simulated mountain obstacle.
- Highland Message: Groups solve clues relating to Sapa’s landscapes and ethnic cultures.
- Shared Summit: Each team assembles separate materials to create one collective company symbol.
- Mission Fansipan: Teams complete strategic challenges representing the stages of conquering a mountain.
- The Final Flag: Participants combine the results of previous games to unlock the last challenge and raise their team flag.
Therefore, the games focus on communication, leadership, collaboration, time management, creative thinking, and mutual support. Specific activities will be adjusted to the group size, venue conditions, weather, and participants’ physical abilities.
The session concludes with score announcements, group photographs, and a short reflection on how the lessons learned can be applied in the workplace.
17:30: Hotel Check-In and Relaxation
Returning to the hotel. You will have time to shower, rest, or explore the center of Sapa independently before the evening celebration.
Optional wellness experiences, such as a traditional Red Dao herbal bath, foot massage. Or spa treatment, can be arranged at an additional charge.
19:00: Corporate Gala Dinner
In the evening, you will attend a private gala dinner at the hotel or a selected local restaurant. The venue can be decorated with a stage backdrop, company logo, themed table arrangements, banners, and audiovisual equipment.
The suggested gala program includes:
- Welcome remarks from company representatives
- Team-building awards and prize presentation
- Recognition of outstanding employees or departments
- Interactive stage games
- Cultural performances or live entertainment
- Lucky draw and company anniversary celebration
- Group singing, dancing, and networking
- Closing message and commemorative photographs

After the gala, you may explore Sapa’s lively evening atmosphere, visit the central square and Stone Church, or relax at the hotel.
