Day 1: Siem Reap Arrival – Family Welcome
Upon arrival at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, you will meet our local representative and transfer by private air-conditioned vehicle to the hotel. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
After settling in, you will enjoy some free time to relax by the hotel pool or explore the nearby surroundings with your family.
In the early evening, you will meet our guide for a short orientation and introduction to the days ahead. Depending on your arrival time and family preferences, you may visit the lively riverside area or browse the stalls around Siem Reap’s Old Market.
An optional visit to the Phare Cambodian Circus can also be arranged. This energetic performance combines acrobatics, music, theatre and modern Cambodian storytelling, offering an entertaining welcome for travellers of all ages.

Day 2: Angkor Thom – Bayon Temple – Ta Prohm Jungle Adventure
After having breakfast, you will begin your exploration of the Angkor Archaeological Park. Entering the ancient city of Angkor Thom through its impressive South Gate, lined with statues representing gods and demons from Hindu mythology.
Then, you will continue to visit Bayon Temple, famous for its towers decorated with enormous smiling stone faces. Children can enjoy searching for different expressions while parents admire the detailed bas-reliefs depicting battles, ceremonies and scenes of everyday Khmer life.
Next, you will explore the nearby Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King before continuing to Ta Prohm. Giant trees and twisting roots cover parts of this atmospheric temple, creating the impression of a lost city hidden in the jungle.
Where conditions and the children’s ages permit, part of today’s journey can be completed by bicycle along quiet forest trails. Alternatively, the entire program can be enjoyed by private vehicle.
Returning to Siem Reap in the afternoon and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 3: Angkor Wat – Khmer Language Activity – Pottery Workshop
Enjoying breakfast at the hotel before travelling to Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world and Cambodia’s national symbol.
You will walk across the long causeway and enter the temple complex with your guide. Who will bring its stories, carvings and architectural details to life in a way that is accessible to both adults and children. Then, you will explore the galleries, courtyards and towers while learning about the Khmer Empire and the construction of this extraordinary monument.
After the temple visit, you will return to Siem Reap for a light introduction to the Khmer language. Here, you also learn simple greetings, numbers and useful expressions before practising your new skills during a guided visit to a local market.
In the afternoon, you will join a family-friendly pottery workshop led by local artisans. In addition, you also learn basic shaping and decorating techniques before creating your own Khmer-inspired ceramic piece. This enjoyable hands-on activity offers children and parents a memorable cultural souvenir.
Return to the hotel and enjoy a free evening.

Day 4: Tonle Sap Lake – Floating Village Experience
After enjoying breakfast, you will leave Siem Reap for a countryside drive to Tonle Sap, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake and one of Cambodia’s most important natural ecosystems.
Boarding a local boat and travel through a floating or stilted community, depending on seasonal water levels. You will have a chance to observe houses, schools, shops and fishing boats. While learning how local families have adapted their daily lives to the lake’s changing environment.
Therefore, the excursion provides an educational introduction to Cambodia’s fishing traditions, aquatic ecosystems and rural communities. When local conditions allow, families may also enjoy a short kayaking experience through quieter waterways or flooded forest areas.
Your lunch is served at a local restaurant or community-based venue. Afterwards, return to Siem Reap, with an optional gentle countryside cycle available for active families.
Arriving at the hotel in the afternoon and enjoy free time by the pool or explore Siem Reap independently.
