Signature Dishes of Da Nang You Must Try

Going on one of our Da Nang Culinary Tours, you’re experiencing the essence of food from Central Vietnam, not just tasting it. The rich flavors and historical ethos fill the city of Da Nang. Let us take a closer look at some signature dishes that you would not want to miss during your Danang Tours:

Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Pancake)

Crispy on the outside and soft and savory inside, Bánh Xèo is a culinary masterpiece. These golden pancakes are filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts and are served with fresh herbs and rice paper. This is really where the magic happens-dipping it in a special peanut sauce, that is. No Da Nang Culinary Tours is complete without tasting this iconic dish!

Nem Lụi (Grilled Pork Skewers)

Another must-have on the Da Nang Culinary Tour is Nem Lụi. This type of pork skewer may be introduced on tours of food, full of flavor, grilled to perfection, then wrapped in rice paper with herbs, all drowning in a rich peanut sauce that carries bold flavors that would please the crowd for sure.

Bánh Tráng Cuốn Thịt Heo (Pork Rolled in Rice Paper)

A must for those who want to have a refreshing yet savory experience: Bánh Tráng Cuốn Thịt Heo includes thin slices of boiled pork rolled in rice paper with herbs and cucumber, dipped in mắm nêm a fermented fish sauce.

Mì Quảng (Quang-style Noodles)

Mi Quảng can be considered the signature noodle dish from the center, packed with vibrant flavors. Topped with shrimp, pork, peanuts, and fresh herbs, this noodle dish has an infusion of turmeric inside and is served with just a bit of broth. On your Da Nang Culinary Tour, it will take a little time to show you why this is the local favorite!

Chè (Vietnamese Dessert)

Sweeten up your culinary journey to its end! Chè is a popular Vietnamese dessert made from ingredients such as mung beans, coconut milk, and tropical fruits. Be it sweet or refreshing, chè is what you need to give your Da Nang Culinary Tour a high note to its end.
